- Where is TPI located?
Currently, TPI has seven locations: Downtown, The
Woodlands, Willowbrook, Katy and Sugar Land in the
Greater Houston area, Beaumont and Baytown, Texas.

- How quickly can I be seen?
Once you have been referred to TPI by your primary care physician, you can expect to have your initial examination with one of our physicians within five (5) business days.
- Does TPI accept self referrals?
Yes, as long as the referral is in accordance with your Managed Care plan.
- What are TPI's office hours?
TPI's normal office hours are Monday thru Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. However, we can make special arrangements for individual circumstances.

- Where are the procedures performed?
As determined by your managed care plan, the procedures are performed at outpatient surgical centers and hospitals that are carefully screened by and partnered with TPI.
- What can I expect as a new patient?
Each new patient goes through an initial consultation with one of our physicians. During this visit, he will review your medical history, and the nature and severity of your pain.
- Is the TPI staff multi-lingual?
Absolutely. At TPI, we recognize the diversity in the Houston area. Our staff is fluent in English, Spanish and Vietnamese.
- Does TPI accept Medicare and Medicaid coverage?
Yes. TPI accepts Medicare, Medicaid HMOs and traditional Medicaid upon approval. We also accept Workers' Compensation plans.
- Does TPI offer transportation services?
We understand that transportation can sometimes be a problem. A number of the surgical centers we partner with offer transportation services to patients with procedures scheduled at their facility. If the particular center you need does not offer such services, TPI will work with you to find alternative transportation.
- Where are your procedures performed?
Procedures are performed at sugical centers and hospitals in the Houston area. Please see our Procedure Locations for more information.
